Refund Policy

Transaction fee charges would not be refunded or reversed under any circumstances for any refund, reversal, chargeback, cancellation or any other reason.

Transaction charges, payment gateway charges and bank processing fees, if applicable, shall be borne by the cardholder or applicant.

Fees once paid are non-refundable for any reason and under any clause of A. K. Gopalan Degree College.

In case of duplicate payment or technical transaction error, the applicant may contact the college administration with valid payment proof for verification.

If a refund is approved by the college administration after verification, the amount shall be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period.

The final decision regarding any refund request shall remain solely with A. K. Gopalan Degree College.
